Manchester's Downtown Development Authority is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Village President with the approval of the Village Council. The Village President is also a member of the Board by law. Regular Board meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall at 7:30 PM on the 4th Wednesday of every odd month. If special meetings are necessary, those announcements are posted at the Village Hall and on this site.
The Board is advised by the Development Area Citizens Council made up of residents living within the DDA District. Council members are appointed by the Village President with the approval of the Village Council. The Citizens Council meets at the discretion of it's members, but no regular meetings are currently scheduled.
